Introduction
Macronutrients as six steps must be imagined as a figure of six edges, and as hexadecimal in computer language, hence hexagon. The hexagon model of macronutrients must be understood as such with that insight in relation to the content here. What becomes important is the symbolization of the hexagon because there are six macro sources for the content of foods on this page. As observed, the six sources are: fat, fiber, carbohydrates, minerals, proteins and vitamins. The six sources then make up the hexagonal connection model in this case, which now seems to be a good overview. And it should also be mentioned that in shops only proteins, fat, carbohydrates and, in a more recent context, the mineral salt are indicated. That is without deep knowledge of the Danish Food and Health Authority’s rules. Then the starting point is that there is no need to provide information about this in their scope.
Macronutrition - Fat is seen as a
Source of energy, i.e. from different foods such as meat, fish, vegetables. What is found in the shop here at optimal health is the oil omega 3, as it has been proven from several sources and through science that humans cannot produce long-chain fatty acids, and thus must have them supplied through food. The two important sources are EPA and DHA. They each stand for their own purpose and mean Eicosapenta Acid and Docohexa Acid.
Macronutrition - Fibres are important
And comes in two varieties. There are the soluble and insoluble, where the soluble, when they meet our stomach, expand and absorb liquid. It is digested and has its quiet course through the first part of our digestion, or biologically called the intestinal system. The insoluble fibers are not digested by the very acidic stomach acid, so they therefore do not have the same function and role in digestion as the soluble ones. Instead, they are carried on to the major part of the digestive process, where they feed good bacteria and thus balance in the large intestine takes place. Carbohydrates are a source of immediate energy, and not a primary source as many have been led to believe. However, our brain needs sugar in the form of glucose. When looking at carbohydrates as sugar, many people think that the white sugar and all the other sugars are produced either in a laboratory or through cultivation. But carbohydrates should not be seen as sugar in the sense that carbohydrates, as it is in the word, carbohydrates, i.e. the plural form of sugar, must have their role for our gut bacteria.
Macronutrition - minerals are extremely
Important for our bodies can be taken as a starting point from the periodic table. These are our basic ingredients and only selected ones are introduced as ingredients in our food. Said in the way that after the period of de-industrialization, consumed goods have become more factory-made and are sent as a finished product to the end user. As far as minerals are concerned, we probably don’t know about the specific production of minerals, however from the periodic table, it is known that atoms must be composed of electrons and protons, and more depending on which mineral we want. Minerals have a deeper and greater meaning than we realize and have been informed about. The atomic nature of minerals in an example could be combining carbon atoms, hydrogen atoms and oxygen atoms, the three elements in each of their compositions make up, for example, white sugar (C6-H12-O6), while another composition makes up vitamin C (C6-H8-O6), so in the equation you can see , that the only thing that has changed are hydrogen molecules. What the two have in common is that they are a composition based on the same elements.
Macronutrition - with regards to protein
They should then be seen as a repair and maintenance tool for muscles and organs. To make it simpler and more elaborate, proteins are soluble in water, which essentially means that the body cannot hold or store proteins. We humans cannot form all proteins ourselves, so we must have some from the environment, whereby the cup can then synthesize the remaining proteins and fulfill their purpose in the body. Like any other program, proteins serve their purpose, and when this is achieved, the remainder is turned into waste and carried to the liver and not excreted as bile. The word protein is of Greek origin, and symbolically means “for life”, which figuratively means building blocks of bodies.
Macronutrition - diverse concept as vitamins
Are as macronutrients widely discussed and have their major function in the turnover of the food and drink that is consumed daily. At the same time, as with everything else, taking too many vitamins can cause the body to get out of balance and nothing is optimized as it should be. Vitamins have been through a lot of research since 1900 and 1800, even before 1600 according to Christian era. From historical times to after the year 2000, vitamins have changed names and positions a lot, because it was discovered that they were less and or more important than previously thought. The vitamins that exist now are fat- and water-soluble in the form of A, D, E and K, B, C. There are also other vitamins that have been given names in relation to what they do in the body. Examples include Vitamin G, which means grounding, and Vitamin P, as in polyphenols.
Macronutrition - with an overview as far as
We are concerned, it is nutrition that has a greater importance than other nutrition we are served in the supermarket. That it has been called the hexagon model, the six steps, in this context, is just a point of view on the six largest kinds. All the goods that are then in grocery markets are built and sold according to human desire and survival, because they generate revenue for business and not for the sake of optimizing health. Likewise, even though people are built the same, but different biological systems according to genetics and DNA, each country still has its restrictions and rules for the release of daily goods. Health authorities and various other authorities have a completely different view of Hexagon as a kind of form for filling in product declarations.
