An Importance of Architecture
Architecture, the art and technique of designing and building varous buildings, as distinguished from the skills associated with construction. The practice of it is employed to fulfill both practical and expressive requirements, and thus it serves both utilitarian and aesthetic ends. It is the art and science of designing buildings and other physical structures.
A wider definition often includes the design of the total built environment from the macro level of town planning, urban design, and landscape architecture to the micro level of construction details and, sometimes, furniture.
The process of it is made up of seven phases: one is pre-design, second is schematic design, third design development, fourth is construction documents, five the building permits, six, bidding and negotiation and construction administration.
